Question: What's up with Option Central Memberships?
Answer: For a number of years, we've been experimenting with our membership plans. After reviewing our plans and implementing the new renewal pricing that we introduced this past Summer, we are again offering new Memberships to Option Central.
The Option Central 1 Year Access Plan is available through our affiliate site, and will include the same option to renew that is offered to our current Members. Memberships are set up manually, and are typically active within 24 hours of purchase.
Question: My membership has expired, but I really intended to renew it. What can be done?
Answer: Contact Us and we will work with you to get your membership renewed.
Depending on when and how the Membership expired, we will either be able to reactivate the previous membership or set up a "renewal membership" using the pricing structure that we introduced in the Summer of 2025.
Question: I purchased a 3 Year Membership. How is that affected by these changes?
Answer: The 3 Year (and the 1 day) memberships were only offered for a short time before they were discontinued. This change occurred when we began to offer only 1 year plans.
We think we did the right thing for our Members by first grandfathering all plans and pricing, and then taking all previous plans into account when we finalized our new renewal pricing.
Question: Do you have a trial membership or plan to offer one? What about a discount for new members?
Answer: No, we don't have a trial membership or plan to offer one, since some of our content is licensed and may be available for purchase in other formats (i.e CoachTube courses and DVDs) . We may offer a short term (less than 1 year) membership at some point in the future. We decided not to change our 1 Year Membership pricing (it last changed in 2023) and there are no discounts available at this time.
Question: Will you still be adding content to Option Central? How does this affect these Membership changes?
Answer: Yes, we do expect to be adding content in the future. That said, our existing content libraries are extensive, and our new renewal pricing enables our Members to enjoy continued access at a reduced price.
